SEDBERGH SCHOOL PREP SCHOOL REGATTA

BRIEFING at 10AM

First race not before 10.15am

It is hoped that we will be finished and cleared up by 4pm

Teams of 3 to sail Toppers or Picos - Year 8 and below

The Club has taken delivery of 2 PICOS and a VAGO

You now have access to 11 dinghies + 4 Oppies and a couple of Windsurfers

The basic principle to be borne in mind is that if sailors and windsurfers of sufficient maturity understand and accept the dangers involved and decide that they wish to continue to sail at their own risk, they may be permitted to do so by the club without the danger of legal liability to the club arising, provided they have been fully appraised of the risks. It may be advisable that activities should be limited to persons aged 14 and over. (extract from article)
